Green Menu TeaTime | September 20, 20015

The ancient Chinese observed that the moon had a close relationship with changes of the seasons and agricultural production and so, to express their thanks to the moon and celebrate the harvest, they offered a sacrifice to the moon on autumn days.
Today, Moon Festival is still a popular occasion for friends and relatives to gather and enjoy each other’s company, eat moon-cakes and watch the moon, a symbol of harmony and unity.

Green Menu is thrilled to continue this tradition with our own Tea-Time celebration of Moon Festival with delicious vegetarian/vegan dishes, refreshing beverages (and moon-cakes of course!) shared among good friends.
