Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone @ Central Library

The Los Angeles Central Library invited one of the Green Menu volunteer head chiefs, Joanna Chen to host the vegetarian cooking demonstration at their facility.

Vegetarian seminar at University of the West

University of the West in Los Angeles invited Green Menu to host the “Awaking & Vegetarian Diet” seminar at their campus during the school vegetarian week.
Green Menu is greatly invited the contemporary philosopher, Mr. Henry Chang as the lecturer. This lecture discussed the essential points to awaken our body, mind, and soul with the fusion of vegetarianism as well as provide practical tools. Lecture was followed by a Q&A session. (more…)
Interview with Dr. T. Colin Campbell from “The China Study”
